Conimex Marinademix Sate

500g ongezouten vleesblokjes

1 zakje Conimex Marinademix Sate

1 zakje Conimex Pinda Satesaus

Satestokjes

 

- Meng de marinademix met 3 eetlepels wok olie, 1 eetlepel water en 1 eetlepel ketjap manis

- Marineer hier vervolgens het vlees in voor 5 - 10 minuten

 

Bereidingswijze:

  1. Week de satestokjes een half uur van tevoren in water
  2. Maak de marinade volgens de bereidingswijze
  3. Rijg het vlees aan de satestokjes
  4. Rooster het vlees langzaam onder de grill of op de barbeque
  5. Serveer het geheel met de warme Pinda Satesaus van Conimex

 


 

Conimex Mix for Sate Marinade

500g unsalted meat chopped in small cubes (pork/chicken/beef)

1 bag of Conimex Marinade Mix for Sate

1 bag of Conimex Mix for Peanut Sate Sauce 

Wooden skewers

 

- Mix the marinade mix with 3 tblsp of oil, 1 tblsp of water and 1 tblsp of ketjap manis

- Marinade the meat for 5-10 minutes

 

Instructions:

  1. Soak the skewers in water for 30 minutes
  2. Prepare the marinade as described on the package
  3. Pierce the skewer through the lenght of the meat (max 4 cubes)
  4. Grill the meat slowly in a frying pan or BBQ
  5. Serve with the warm Peanut Sate Sauce
