Add:
350g white rice
100 g cubed bacon (or ham)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
250 g diced chicken
450 g finely chopped mixed vegetables (e.g. onion, carrot, bell pepper)
100 ml water
2 eggs
125 g bean sprouts
Preparation:
Boil the rice as instructed on the packaging.
Fry the bacon in the oil on a high temperature and add the meat: fry until cooked through.
Stir-fry the fresh vegetables until they are "al dente"
Add the Nasi Goreng mix along with 100 ml of water and stir it all for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add the eggs and mix all of it together until the egg has solidified.
Add the bean sprouts and stir fry it for a minute.
Mix it all with the boiled rice and fry it well while continuously stirring it.
Tip: Add Inproba Ketjap Manis, Sambal Oelek and fried onions to your taste.
