Prepare 5 minutes

Put the enclosed sheet of baking paper over the bottom. Place the edge on top and close the springform pan.

Melt 60 g butter in a pan.

Remove the pan from the heat and stir the contents of the bag of crumb bottom mix into the melted butter.

Cover the bottom of the springform pan evenly with the mixture and press it firmly with the rounded side of a spoon.

Prepare cake (5 minutes)

Put 300 ml water (at room temperature 10-20°C), the cottage cheese and the whipped cream in a bowl and mix this together with a mixer with whisks on the lowest setting. For best results, use the cottage cheese and whipped cream directly from the refrigerator.

Add the cake mix and mix the mixture with the mixer on the lowest setting for 1 minute until smooth. Then beat it on the highest setting for 2 1/2 minutes until it becomes a fluffy mass.

Pour the cake mixture over the base.

Let the cake set in the refrigerator for at least 2 1/2 hours.

Decorate with fresh fruit, such as raspberries and blueberries, if desired
