Directions: Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).

Empty sachet into a bowl, add 215 ml of boiling water. Mix well.

Add large knob of butter if desired. Leave to stand for 5 minutes. Place in ovenproof dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
