Conimex Kerrie Saus

- Voeg 200ml kokend water toe aan de sausmix

- Roer het geheel tot een gladde saus

 

Zelf toevoegen:

500g ongezouten kip (filet of pootjes)

100g champignons

1 theelepel Conimex Djahe (gember)

Citroensap

4 eetlepels Conimex Ketjap Manis

1 zakje Conimex Kerrie Saus

3 eetlepels Conimex Wokolie

 

Bereidingswijze:

  1. Meng de djahe met de ketjap
  2. Voeg vervolgens de kipfilet toe
  3. Bak de gemarineerde kipfilet in 3 eetlepels wokolie goudbruin
  4. Bak de in plakjes gesneden champignons vervolgens 2 minuten mee op laag vuur
  5. Voeg vervolgens citroensap toe
  6. Maak de Conimex Kerrie Saus volgens de bereidingswijze
  7. Leg de kipfilet en champignons op een schaal en giet hier de warme kerrie saus over

 


Conimex Mix for Curry Sauce

- Add 200ml boiling water to the mix 

- Stir until the sauce becomes completely smooth 

 

Add seperately:

500g unsalted chicken (breast/thighs/drumsticks)

100g mushrooms

1 teaspoon Conimex Djahe (ginger)

Lemonjuice

4 tablespoons Conimex Ketjap Manis

1 bag of Conimex Mix for Curry Sauce

3 tabelspoons Conimex Wok Oil

 

Instructions:

  1. Mix the djahe with the ketjap
  2. Add the chicken to marinate
  3. Stir fry the marinated chicken in the wok oil until golden brown
  4. Fry the sliced mushrooms for 2 minutes while lowering the heat
  5. Add the lemon juice
  6. Prepare the Curry Sauce as described above
  7. Place the chicken and mushrooms on a plate and pour the warm curry sauce over it
